If you bring a UK plated vehicle to Spain with the intention of importing it, you will need to contact one of the many companies setup for this process. You can do the entire importation process yourself if you speak reasonable Spanish and have plenty of time to investigate and carry out the steps.
Once the vehicle has it's temporary "P" plates we can then insure it. When it is fully transferred we can update the policy to show it's correct Spanish registration number.
